RESOLUTION N0. 412 96
RESOLUTION AUTHORZZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION OF REAL
PROPERTY FROM CHARLES LEHUAKONA ISAACS, JR., AND CAROL ANN ISAACS,
HUSBAND AND WIFE; TAX MAP KEY NUMBER (3) 1-8-050-033
WHEREAS, Charles Lehuakona Isaacs, Jr. and Carol Ann
Isaacs, husband and wife are the owners of real property situate
at Olaa, District of Puna, Lot 828, Island and County
of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, specifically Tax Map Key
Number (3) 1-8-050-033; consisting of approximately 14,574
square feet; and
WHEREAS, they have graciously donated this property to the
County of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County
Charter provides that the Council, on behalf of the County of
Hawaii, may accept gifts or donations of real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII, that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12
of the Hawaii County Charter, the County of Hawaii accepts the
donation of the real property, identified as Tax Map Key
N~imber (3) 1-8-050-033, consisting of 14,574 square feet from
Charles Lehuakona Isaacs, Jr. and Carol Ann Isaacs, husband and
wife.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a letter of appreciation be
sent to Charles Lehuakona Isaacs, Jr., and Carol Ann Isaacs.
