DESIGNATING THE COIINCIL CHAIRPERSON AND VICE CHAIRPERSON
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COIINCIL OF THE COIINTY OF HAWAII that
Spencer K: Schuhte is hereby declared the designated Chairperson
and Presiding Officer of trhe Council of trhe County of Hawaii
effective December 7, 1992.
BE IT FIIRTHER RESOLVED THAT Brian J. De Lima is hereby
declared the designatred Vice Chairperson of trhe Council of trhe
County of Hawaii.
