BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and instruMed to
forward a rnpy of this resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance be and is hereby
authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
