THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2000 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 99-7
