BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount be and
is herebytransferred/appropriate set forth below:

010-101-5101.02-115 CLERK-COUNCIL SERVICES -MISCELLANEOUS CONTRACT SERVICES
CREDITED TO:
OLO-201-5203.02-115 POLICE ADM DIV - OCE -MISCELLANEOUS CONTRACT SERVICES
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and instruMed to
forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance be and is hereby
authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.

Re: Resolution Transferring Funds
Pursuant to Section 1(d) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of
the Council of the County of Hawaii, this written approval is
submitted in regards to Resolution No. 234-94, relating to
transferring $60,000 from Clerk-Council Services Miscellaneous
Contract Services to Police Administration Division Miscellaneous
Contract Services, waiving said referral from the Committee on
Finance in order that appropriate action can be taken by the
Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable
that such waiver be granted.
