RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF A CONTRACT WITH ROTOR WING
HAWAII, INC.
WHEREAS, The Hawaii County Fire Department wishes to renew
its contract with Rotor Wing Hawaii, Inc., to continue providing
maintenance repairs and pilots for the Fire Department's
helicopters; and
WHEREAS, Article X, Section 10-11, of the Hawaii County
Charter requires that any contract, lease or other obligation
requiring the payment of funds from the appropriations of a later
fiscal year or of more than one fiscal year shall be made or
approved by resolution; and
WHEREAS, strict compliance with the mandates of the County
Charter requires that this contract be submitted to the County
Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
OF HAWAII that in accordance with Article
Hawaii County Charter, the Hawaii County
authorized to execute a renewed contract
Inc. ending June 30, 1995.
