RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Section 46-32, Rawaii Revised Statutes, Relating to Employees of
Council, authorizes the Council of any county to appoint and employ personnel as
it deems necessary and to prescribe their powers, duties and compensation; and
WHEREAS, Section 3-13, Hawaii County Charter, provides for interim
amendments to the Salary Ordinance be made by resolution; and
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
Section 3 of Ordinance 94-69 is hereby amended by adding the following salary
schedule for the Office of the County Council.

HE IT FfIRTHER RESOLVED that Section 8.01 of Ordinance 94-69 relating to
positions of the Office of the County Council is amended by changing the pay
grades of the Personnel/Senior Account Clerk from SR-13 to LS-1 and the
Administrative Assistant to Legislative Auditor from SR-16 to LS-2.
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the
Office of the County Council and the Departments of Civil Service and Finance.
