RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF WANG COMPUTER EQUIPMENT
FROM CASE & LYNCH
WHEREAS, the Law Offices of Case & Lynch, 460 Kilauea Avenue,
Hilo, Hawaii 96720, has donated various Wang work stations, laser
printers and other miscellaneous equipment; and
WHEREAS, these equipment will come from Case & Lynch's offices
located in Honolulu, Maui, Kona and Hilo; and
WHEREAS, the resale value of the donated Wang equipment is
approximately Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000); and
WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County
Charter provides that the Council, on behalf of the County, may
accept gifts or donations of personal property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii
County Charter, the County of Hawaii, Department of Finance, Data
Processing Division is authorized to accept the donation of various
Wang computer equipment from the Law Offices of Case & Lynch.
