RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF LANIER RECORDER FROM
ELECTRONICS HAWAII, INC.
WHEREAS, Electronics, Hawaii, Inc., 69 Lanihuli Street, Hilo,
Hawaii 96720, has donated a Lanier 4-Channel Recorder; and
WHEREAS, the value of the donated Lanier recorder is Fifty
Dollars ($50.00); and
WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County
Charter provides that the Council, on behalf of the County, may
accept gifts or donations of personal property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii
County Charter, the County of Hawaii, Department of Finance, is
authorized to accept the donation of a Lanier 4-Channel Recorder
from Electronics Hawaii, Inc.
