RESOLUTION 318
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION OF REAL
PROPERTY FROM DAVID ANTHONY HEISER; TAX MAP KEY NUMBER
(3)1-2-014-008.
WHEREAS, David Anthony Heiser is the owner of real property
in Kalapana Vacation Lots in Puna, specifically Tax Map Key
Number (3)1-2-014-008; consisting of approximately 7,558 square
feet; and
WHEREAS, this property has been inundated with lava and is
of no present or foreseeable future use to Mr. Heiser; and
WHEREAS, he has graciously donated this property to the
County of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County
Charter provides that the Council, on behalf of the County of
Hawaii, may accept gifts or donations of real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
OF HAWAII, that in accorda

RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
