County of Hawaii since November 1980 representing the Districts off
Borth and South Ruhala; and

WHEREAS, throughout his political career, Councilmember
Spencer R. Schutte actively participated as Chairman of the
Housing Agency and Human Services fi Recreation Committees Vice~
.Chairman of the Council, presided'as Chairman of the Council Bince
July 1992, and served on a nwaber of other various committea~f and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Spencer R. Schutte has dedicated 14
years of his life working towards improving the quality of life ""'""
for the people of Hawaii County; and ''
WHEREAS, Councilman Spencer R. Schutte completes his term as a
Hawaii County Councilmember on December 5, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is truly
appreciative of their colleague's dedicated public service. '
NOW, THEREFORE, H8 IT RESOLVED BY THS COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that it hereby eztends its hearfelt appreciation to their
colleague, Spencer R. Schutte, for his many years of dedicated
public service together with their sincerest and best wishes oa
his future endeavors.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the~Clerk of the County of Hawaii
transmit a true copy of this resolution to Spencer R. Schutte.

WHEREAS, Spencer K. Schutte has been a Councilmember of the
County of Hawaii since November 1980 representing the Districts of

WHEREAS, throughout his political career, Councilmember
Spencer K. Schutte actively participated as Chairman of the
