COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION
DESIGNATING THE COUNCIL CHAIRPERSON AND VICE CHAIRPERSON
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
RUSSELL S. KOKUBUN and is hereby declared the duly elected
Chairperson and Presiding Officer of the Council of the County
of Hawaii effective December 5, 1988.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT MERLE K. LAI is hereby declared
the duly elected Vice Chairperson of the Council of the County
of Hawaii.
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 5th day of December, 1988.
