COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-14, Hawaii County Charter, interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance may be by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
Salary Ordinance is hereby amended.
Section 3 (D) The salaries of the Legislative Assistants, the Administrative
Assistant and the Council Aides shall be at the following rates:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the
Office of the County Council and the Department of Civil Service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution take effect on January 1, 1989.

Re: Resolution No. 11-88
Pursuant to Section 1(d) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure
of the Council of the County of Hawaii, this written approval
is submitted in regards to Resolution No. 11-88, relating to
salary amendments for the Office of the County Council, waiving
said referral from the Committee on Finance in order that
appropriate action can be taken by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed
advisable that such waiver be granted.
