Dear Chairman Kokubun:
The Hawaii Career Criminal Prosecution Program has carry-over
funds as of June 30, 1988 of $45,973.12.
With the approval of the State Attorney General, the Hawaii
County Prosecuting Attorney has requested a revision of funds
to allow part of this carry-over amount to be utilized to pay
a secretary, to purchase computer equipment, and to cover some
operating expenses.
A resolution to effect this revision of funds is attached
herewith. Your approval is respectfully requested.
