HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 069 Draft 02 1988-1992COUNTY OF HAWA~,t, ',.+STATE OF HAWAII RESOLUTION No. ~ 89 (DRAFT 2) WHEREAS, Two Automotive Mechanic I positions, originally located in the Mass Transit Agency, were recommended for transfer to the Automotive Division, Department of Public Works; and WHEREAS, The Council after taking public input, did not concur with the transfer proposal; and WHEREAS, The Council, in consultation with the Administration, allowed the budget to pass with the transferred position funds in the Automotive Division with the understanding that these funds would be transferred to the Mass Transit Agency after the commencement of the 1989-90 fiscal year. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: 1. That the two Automotive Mechanic I positions be transferred from the Automotive Division, Department of Public Works to the Mass Transit Agency. 2. That the amount of $91,675 be transferred out and from the Automotive Division accounts and credited to the Mass Transit Agency accounts as follows: OUT AND FROM: 010-181-5181.51-011 -021 -099 .52-102 -109 -114 -218 -228 CREDITED TO: 010-331-5331.01-011 -021 -099 .02-102 -109 -114 -218 -228 Automotive Div-S&W-Reg S&W 43,400 -Overtime S&W 1,000 -Misc S&W 625 -OCE-Telephone 200 -Repairs to Equip 9,000 -Electricity 1,700 -Fuels & Lubricants 3,750 -MV/Hvy Equip Parts 32,000 91,675 Mass Transit-S&W-Reg S&W 43,400 -Overtime S&W 1,000 -Misc S&W 625 -OCE-Telephone 200 -Repairs to Equip 9,000 -Electricity 1,700 -Fuels & Lubricants 3,750 -MV/Hvy Equip Parts 32,000 91,675 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the departments of Finance, Civil Service, Public Works and the division of Mass Transit.
