RESOLUTION
NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to
adopt a street name of unnamed roadway in the County of Hawaii
pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawaii County
Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of
November 28, 1989, approved the following name for a certain
unnamed roadway in Hionamoa-Paauau 1st, Pahala Village, Hawaii;
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
said roadway, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be
named as follows:
Maile Street - A native twining shrub, Alyxia
olivaeformis (Extension of
existing street)
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 16th day of January ~ 1g90,
