directed and instructed to forward a copy of this resolution to the
Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance be and is
hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with
the terms of this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County clerk also transmit a
copy of this resolution to the Director of Research and Development.
