NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the Planning Department is requested to conduct a study to determine the feasibility of amending the General Plan to redesignate the property identified as TMK: 7-6-24:parcel 31 from Low Density to Medium Density. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii is directed to transmit certified copies of this resolution to Mayor Larry S. Tanimoto, Planning Director Duane Kanuha and Planning Commission Chairman Fred Y. Fujimoto. Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 2nd day of May , 1990.
