make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.

The Office of Housing and Community Development has submitted to
the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) a Council Resolution to
transfer funds for the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate
Program.
The HCHA has reviewed and approved the Resolution at its meeting
of November 8, 1990. Accordingly, I am requesting that the
Resolution be included on the Council agenda for action at its
next meeting.
