Your Committee notes the subject resolution was deferred during the November 27, 1990 Finance Committee meeting, pending assurances from the State for total project funding. in this regard, your Committee cites a memo from the Director of Parks and Recreation, dated February 1, 1991, wherein she states the County is unable at this time to fund $46,000 (County portion) needed to institute the subject program. Your Committee concludes that State funding for the entire program is not forthcoming and concurs that the County is unable to appropriate needed funds to institute this program. Your Committee on Finance recommends that the file on Resolution 252 be closed. HELENE H. HA -~_ RO RT H. MAKUAKANE, VICE CHR. ~..~ _1 CHAIRWOMAN TAIL! SHI DOMINGO,nnMEI+~ER S 1G~. HARRY S.
