RESOLUTION
AMENDMENT TO THE MEMBERSHIP AND DESIGNATION OF THE CHAIRPERSON AND
VICE CHAIRPERSON OF THE COMMITTEE ON HUMAN SERVICES AND RECREATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 5 (Committees) and
Rule 6 (Standing Committees) of the Rules of Procedure of the
Council of the County of Hawaii, the membership of the Committee on
Human Services and Recreation, as originally established by
Resolution 7-88 and subsequently amended by Resolution 213-90 and
Resolution 238-90, is hereby amended by the following appointments:
1. Spencer K. Schutte
2. Merle K. Lai
3. James Y. Arakaki
4. Brian J. De Lima
5. Harry S. Ruddle
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Spencer K. Schutte and Merle K. Lai
are hereby designated Chairperson and Vice Chairperson,
respectively, of said Committee on Human Services and Recreation.
