RESOLUTION
AMENDMENT TO THE MEMBERSHIP j~ND DESIGNATION OF THE CHAIRPERSON
AND VICE CHAIRPERSON OF THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 5 (Committees) and
Rule 6 (Standing Committees) of the Rules of Procedure of the
Council of the County of Hawaii, the membership of the Committee on
Public Works, as originally established by Resolution 5-88 and
subsequently amended by Resolution 216-90 and Resolution 240-90, is
hereby amended by the following appointments:
1. Merle K. Lai
2. Hrian De Lima
3. Helene H. Hale
4. Robert H. Makuakane
5. Harry S. Ruddle
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Merle K. Lai and Brian J. De Lima
are hereby designated Chairperson and Vice Chairperson,
respectively, of said Committee on Public Works.
