RESOLUTION
P7HF.RF,AS, pursuant to Section 6, B(3) of Ordinance 89-142
relating to Council initiated amendments to the General Plan, the
County Council adopted Resolution 175-90, requesting the Planning
Director to conduct a study to determine the feasibility of amending
the General Plan land use designation of. that certain parcel
identified as TMK: 7-6-24:31 from Low Density to Medium Density; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Director submitted his analysis,
conclusions and recommendations to the Council in his letter dated
November 8, 1990; and
F?H EREAS, the Council concurs with the Planning Director's
recommendation that the General Plan land use designation of Medium
Density Urban be initiated for said parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that in compliance with Ordinance 89-142 the Council by this
resolution directs the Planning Director to initiate a General Plan
amendment to redesignate the property identified as TMK: 7-F-24:31
from Low Density to Medium Density.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii is
directed to transmit copies of this resolution to Mayor Lorraine R.
Inouye; Mr. Fred Y. Fujimoto, Planning Commission Chairman and
Mr. Norman Hayashi, Planning Director.
