Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
No. 270-91, reports as follows:
Resolution 270-91 proposes to transfer and appropriate $12,000 out
and from the Council's Miscellaneous Contractual Services account
(010-101-5101.02-115) and credit same to the Legislative Auditor's
Regular Salaries and Wages account (010-101-5101.40-011).
The transfer/appropriation is necessary to accommodate the
reorganization of the Council's staff. Resolution 269-91 amended
the Salary Ordinance by changing sia Legislative Assistant positions
to nine Council Legislative Assistant positions.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent and purpose of
Resolution No. 270-91 and recommends its adoption.
