RESOLUTION 406 92
AMENDING RULE 7 OF THE RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII RELATING TO SUBCOMMITTEES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
Rule 7 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County
of Hawaii is hereby amended to read as follows:
"RULE 7"
SUBCOMMITTEES
[The chairperson of the committee may appoint members to a
subcommittee of a standing committee.] A standing committee
may by adoption of a motion establish a subcommittee, the
chairperson of the standing committee shall remain as
chair erson of the subcommittee unless otherwise s ecified b a
majority o the mem ers of the standing committee. The members
of any subcommittee shall be members of the standing committee
and shall consist of not less than three (3) members. All
subcommittees shall report its findings to the standing
committees.
