NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that pursuant to Chapter 4, Section 5-4.2(i), Hawaii County Charter, it hereby directs the Planning Director to expeditiously process Bill 561 to the Planning Commission in order that the Planning Commission can consider Bill 561 a` its next scheduled meetings in Hilo and Kona. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii is directed to transmit true copies of this resolution to Norman Hayashi, Planning Director; Mike Luce, Chairman, Hawaii County Planning Commission; and the Honorable Lorraine R.
