REFERRAL Comm. 984: ELECTRONIC KIOSK DEMONSTRATION -TOUCH MEDIA - HIGH TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS From Al M. Inoue, President, Pacific Area Consultants Corporation, dated September 4, 1998, informing he has been working with Touch Media -High Technology Solutions-HTS and they would like to do a demonstration for the HS&EDC on October 20`h on the technology of providing kiosk services to the public on a number of services. Originally the idea was to provide MLS access to the public of real estate information. HTS provides kiosk technology and software to cities and states on an array of services. Transmits a short list of Kiosk services that could be provided by the County to the Public. Kiosk located at strategic locations allow the public to transact business with the County without having to travel to government offices.
