AMENDING SECTIONS 7, 8 and 9 OF RULE 10 OF THE RULES OF
PROCEDURE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII RELATING TO
COMMITTEE REPORTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
Rule 10 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County
of Hawaii is hereby amended to read as follows:
RULE "10"
COPMITTEE REPORTS
7. [Only those members who vote on the matter under
