RESOLUTION No. 50 9?
G7HEREAS, the Hawaii County Council transferred $68A,440 from
various Fire Department accourts to the County Council's
Miscellaneous Contractual Services account during the 1992-93 budget
approval process; and
WHEREAS, the Hawaii County Council needed more time to better
understand the Aero Medivac program as being proposed by the Fire
Department; and
WHEREAS, the delivery of the Aero Medivac helicopter is
anticipated to occur in September; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the time has come to provide the
appropriations to effectuate the Aero Medivac program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THF. COUNTY OF
HAWAII that $689,440 be transferred out and from the General Fund
Clerk-Council Miscellaneous Contractual Services account
(010-101-5101.02-115) and credited to:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Council accepts the air
medivac helicopter, pursuant to Use Permit No. 82.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii be
and is hereby „irected and instructed to forward a copy of this
Yesolution to the Fire Chief and the Director of Finance and that
the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the
necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
