RESOLUTION N0. 522 92
WHEREAS, due to the acquisition of a fax machine for the County
Council in the latter part of the 1991-92 fiscal year, the funds in
the Council's Miscellaneous Equipment account intended for the fax
machine are available for other purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed that the funds be used to acquire the
following equipment:
(1) Dehumidifier for the basement storage room
(1) File Cabinet
(2) Calculators
(1) Ergonomic Chair w/Arm
(1) 4230 Work Station
(1) 4230 Monitor Arm
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that it hereby approves of the proposal to utilize the fax
machine appropriation for the aforementioned equipment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council approves of the transfer
of $1,113.00 out and from its Miscellaneous Equipment account
(010-101-5101.06-480) and credits $815.00 to its Office Equipment
account (010-101-5101.06-450) and $298.00 to its Computer Equipment
account (010-101-5101.06-454).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk transmit a copy of
this resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of
Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers
in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
