rancher and owner of a driven education school; and
p;HERFAS, P?r. Kobayashi was an active participant in the programs
and activitiPS of the Fig Island Traffic Safety Council, Hilo Heys
Scout, RTA, Japanese Chamt+er of Commerce and Industry and the Garage
and Service Ptations P.ssociation; and
wH?REAS, in 195E Mr. Kobayashi and his family were honored as
the Cutstandir.q Scouting Family on the Rig Island; and
F.'HERF.AS, while Mr. Kohayashi will he greatly missed, his
contributions to the community will long be remembered h.y the many
lives he so positively influenced and by his compassion and
kr.owledae which he ^~ unse]fishl~ shared.
