RE: Creation of an Ad Hoc Committee Relating to the Fiscal Year 2010 - 2011 Budget
I am requesting the formation of an Ad Hoc Committee to discuss the issues relating to the
upcoming Operating Budget and the Capital Budget and Six-Year Capital Improvements
Program for Fiscal Year 2010 - 201 L I anticipate 30 minutes for the discussion and selection
of the ad hoc committee members.
Please place this matter on the Council Agenda for July 22, 2009.
