Association, dated November 3, 1998, regarding Craig Taylor of
Margules Poyry Pty, Ltd's., presentation to the HS&EDC on
November 17, 1998 on the results of their study, "Market Research
on Commodity Wood Products from Eight Non-Native, Hawaii
Grown Timber Species." Also attaches a drafr press release on
Timber's Potential for Local and Export Markets Explored.

Human Services Grant Review process.
