Subject: Hands off Yagong!
Mr. Yagong is a breath of fresh air on an island drowning in corruption. Yes he stirs the pot and makes a lot of
people nervous when the light shines on them. A lot of voters island wide support Yagong's efforts to cut the
waste in our county government. Instead of supporting Yagong's efforts, it appears corruption wants to silence
him. Well, the Mayor and the rest of the council needs to take a stand here, will you punish and silence a brave
man for rocking the boat? Or will you support his efforts to rid us of waste and corruption? Make no mistake,
when you choose to ignore waste or fail to spend our money only when legitimately needed, you are supporting
corruption. You council persons have to look at yourselves in the mirror after this vote, look hard, what will you
really see?
