County Council of the County of Hawai'i. In this complaint, the plaintiff's primarily <br />seek (1) a declaration by the Circuit Court that there was a Sunshine Law violation committed <br />by the Council at its June 16, 2009 meeting, and (2) a declaration by the Court that the <br />reorganization by the Council was void. <br /> <br />I feel obligated to inform you and your fellow Council members of the state of the current <br />lawsuit, my discussions with alP, and the possible consequences of the Council moving <br />forward with its business with the claims of the lawsuit not yet resolved. <br /> <br />May I respectfully request time at your July 22, 2009 Council meeting to meet with the Council <br />to address these issues and more importantly answer any questions Council members may <br />have. <br /> <br />Thank you in advance for considering this request. <br /> <br />Lincoln <br /> <br />Lincoln S.
