AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 99-71, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1999 TO JUNE 30, 2000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 99-71, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1999 to June 30, 2000, is hereby amended
by increasing the following appropriation:
POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Public Safety Complex, Cellblock Expansion [$1,352,000] $2.152.000

SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund- $800,000
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being amended.
Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
