WHEREAS, pursuant to Charter Section 3-14, interim
amendments to the Salary Ordinance may be made by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'PHE COUNCIL OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII that the Salary Ordinance of 1982 is hereby
amended in the following respects:
1. Delete Section 3(c) in its entirety and replace
with the following:
"Section 3(c). The salaries of the deputies of the
Offices of the Corporation Counsel and the Prosecuting
Attorney shall be at the following rates:
LG-1
Pay Grade (Non-Supervisory)
Steps A $24,000.00
B 26,000.00
C 29,000.00
D 30,000.00
E 31,000.00
F 32,000.00
G 33,OOO.U0
H 34,000.00
I 35,000.00
J 36,000.00"

(Supervisory)

2. Delete Section 8.03, Regular County Positions, in
its entirety and replace with the following:

4 1 Claims Investigator-Adjustor SR-23

Project Funded-Exempt Positions, in its entirety and replace
with the following:
