Resolution
APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, DESIGNATING
THE CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN THEREOF, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION 6.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule (Committees) and
Rule 6 (Standing Committees) of the RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE
COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, the following members are hereby
appointed to the Committee on Public Works:
1. Merle K. Lai
2. William S. Kawahara
3. [James L. K. Dahlberg] Helene H. Hale
4. Frank De Luz, III
5. Takashi Domingo
[6. Spencer Kalani Schutte]
[7. Tomio Fujii]
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Councilwoman Merle K. Lai and
Councilman William S. Kawahara be and are hereby designated
Chairwoman and Vice Chairman, respectively, of said Committee on
Public Works.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution 6 adopted
December 1, 1980, is hereby repealed.
