(Bill 526) BED & BREAKFAST ESTABLISHMENTS
From Planning Commission Chairman Mike Luce, dated
November 12, 1991, submitting a bill amending the
Zoning Code relating to Bed and Breakfast
Establishments.
Bill 526: Amends Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County
(Draft 2) Code relating to bed and breakfast establishments.
Comm. 3922: From Corporation Counsel Michael Matsukawa, dated
July 5, 1992, following a review of Section 514E-5 of
the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as requested, has
determined that Bill No. 526, the Bed and Breakfast
Ordinance, should still move forward because the bill
would help define the County's position with regards to
bed and breakfast operations.
