Resolution
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL in and for the County
of Hawaii, at a meeting held this date, that the Honorable
Herbert T. Matayoshi, Mayor of the County of Hawaii, be and he
is hereby designated and authorized to sign in the name of the
County of Hawaii any and all documents necessary relative to
the Paauau Stream Flood Control Project, Pahala, Ka'u, Hawaii.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the
U.S. Army Engineer District, Honolulu, and to any interested
government or government agency.
