Resolution
WHEREAS, pursuant to County Charter Section 3-14 interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance is hereby amended to incorporate the provisions
of Resolution No. 611-83 adopted May 18, 1983, as follows:
FEDERAL/STATE/COUNTY-PROSECT FUNDED-EXEMPT POSITIONS (EXHIBIT C)
SECTION 8.03. FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION. OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL.
1. Add one new position of Deputy Corporation Counsel LG-1
(1/2 time).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be transmitted
to the departments of Corporation Counsel, Finance and Civil Service for
their information.
