OKDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983
(1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 1 Q division 5, section 24-281, schedule 29 (Parking
prohibited during certain hours on certain streets; tow-away zone), subsection (c) South Hilo, of
the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), be amended by adding the following to be
appropriately numbered and to read as follows:
f~ Kalili Street, from a point one hundred forty-four feet south of Noe Street
and extending four hundred forty-three feet in the southerly direction from
11:00 Vim. to 6:00 a.m.
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In
printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person
or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to
this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
