RECREATION DIVISION.. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION. 1. Retitle one position of Director of Recreation EM-3 to Recreation Administrator EM-3. 2. Reallocate one position of Recreation Specialist II SR-21 to Water Recreation and Safety Supervisor SR-21.
