RE: A Resolution Regarding Public Access and
The attached resolution regarding Public Access and Management is being subdiitted for
consideration. The resolution encourages greater dialog between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service, the State ofHawai`i and the County ofHawai`i to establish an open program or format
for managing public land. Please place on the appropriate agenda for the next Council
Committees meeting.
