Re: Hamakua Land Sales =
Enclosed is a resolution that authorizes the sale of certain of the former Hamakua Sugar
Company, Inc. lands located in Pa'auilo, Hamakua, Hawai'i now under the County
ownership in addition to the authorization provided in Resolution No. 161-02 and
Resolution No. 209-02 (sale by auction, land exhange by negotiation, and short-term
lease by auction, sealed bids or negotiation).
