Re: Changes on Resolution No. 397-92 for Abandonment and
Sale of the Right-of-Way Known as Waimalino Lane,
TMK• 2-6-7:5
This is in response to your request of February 5, 1992 for
clarification of Resolution No. 397-92 for abandonment and sale
of the right-of-way referred to as Waimalino Lane. The changes
you requested were made. The-wording now makes it clear that
the right-of-way in question is the undeveloped part of
Waimalino Lane which extends over the property owned by the
development company. Please note that the resolution identifies
the right of way with a description registered in Land Court.
