Subject: strawberry guava
I'm trying to understand why anyone would want to rid a fruit baring tree. and that the
method of removal is a test, to see what happens once it is released.
we lost our super ferry for lack of environmental study.
and it seems to me, that no study has been. or that we, the residents, might be affected
in ways a study might find i wonder if any one remembers the days, walking home from
school and eating the pineapple and strawberry guava. i have trees in my yard, and my
sons have good memories of the sweet fruit.
i know there are people that like to just get "rid" of things, for what ever their reason
is, it is not based on what is good for the other people around them, and they don't care.
this bug can ruin our agriculture, why are we even wanting to try this?
i have been clearing invasive plants for years. but, not with any poison, or anything
that could harm or damage people around me. i thought we all loved the guava?
i know i do, and if anyone wants to know how to clear it, without an agriculture disaster,
i can give you answers.
there are much worse things than the strawberry guava, and i can show you that too.
please, please do not let these bugs out in our environment, it is a test we can not
afford to try. because failing would be so devastating.
