Subject: CDP Testimony - No to Ronald Friman
Dear County Council Members,
It has come to my attention that Ronald Friman is being considered for nomination to North Kohala
Community Development Plan (CDP) Action Committee. In my business dealings with him I have
found him to be dishonest and self-serving. I believe Ronald Friman would only represent his
personal interests and is not a good choice for this or any public committee.
