Comm. 3930: SOUTH KONA REGIONAL PLAN
From Legislative Auditor Harry A. Takahashi, dated
June 23, 1992, responding to the PC Chairman's memo
regarding the possible funding of the South Kona
Regional Plan. Informs that the Planning Director
indicated that the plan would be similar in scope with
the North West Community Plan and the estimated cost
would be $200,000.
Suggests that 1) the Council wait until the fund
balance for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1992 is
determined or 2) utilize part of the $3 million
community benefit assessment from the Akahi Joint
Venture Use Permit No. 97.
