We wish to express our thanks to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs for funding the
Education Director Hawaii County Police Department's Bicycle Patrol Program and to Lieutenant
Bob Barns Albert Cortez for taking the initiative to get this grant.
This program will provide an opportunity for police officers to interact with
community members in a friendly and personal way as well as enforce laws in a
fair and effective manner.
Mission We are looking forward to supporting this initiative in any way we can.
